Neo Heliopan

Neo Heliopan acts as an effective oil-soluble and liquid UVB absorber. Offers additional absorption in the short-wave UVA spectrum. It acts as a good solubilizer for crystalline UV absorbers and offers good stability and UV protection.

Neo Heliopan exhibits a very good photostability and safety profile. It is suitable for water-based transparent sunscreen products such as gels or clear sprays.
